1. Who can participate in the Cypac Community Referral Program?
Only existing Cypac clients can participate. If you’re currently availing of our services, you're eligible!

2. What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is successful when the referred company signs a contract with Cypac and has paid their first invoice.
3. How will I receive my reward?
For the 20% discount, it will automatically be reflected on your next invoice. For the physical rewards (flash drive or laptop bag), you can either have it delivered or pick it up from our office.
4. Can I refer more than one company?
Absolutely! Every successful referral earns you a reward. So, the more you refer, the more rewards you can claim.

5. When will my referred company receive their discount?
New clients (your referrals) will see their 20% discount applied to their very first invoice.

6. What if the company I referred is already in talks with Cypac or has been a previous client?
The program is intended for new clients. Companies already in negotiation or previous clients returning after a hiatus are not considered new clients.
